A2: Our overall mission is to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and lives, reduce stigma surrounding sensitive health topics, and improve access to essential healthcare and support services, particularly in vulnerable communities.

A3: While H.E.A.L. has a broad focus on empowerment and awareness, several of our crucial initiatives, particularly those concerning domestic abuse support and menstrual hygiene, are specifically focused on vulnerable women and adolescent girls in Nigeria. 

A4: H.E.A.L. recognizes that vasectomy is a safe and effective family planning option, yet it often carries significant cultural stigma and misinformation, particularly among African men. Our focus is to challenge these misconceptions, reduce stigma, and empower men to take an active and informed role in family planning decisions.

• A5: We address stigma through culturally sensitive educational campaigns, open dialogues, and by providing accurate information that dispels myths about vasectomy's effects on masculinity, sexual performance, or health. Our goal is to promote it as a responsible and empowering choice for men.

• This initiative is dedicated to increasing access to and awareness of various contraceptive methods for women. We provide comprehensive, accurate information about contraception options, their benefits, and how to access them, ensuring women can make autonomous decisions about their reproductive health.

• A7: By providing detailed information on a wide range of contraceptive methods, including their efficacy and accessibility, H.E.A.L. equips women with the knowledge needed to choose the method that best suits their individual health needs, lifestyle, and family planning goals, thereby promoting their reproductive autonomy.
